Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon Unflavored gelatin Grass-fed preferred
  • 1 cup Warm water Not boiling
  • 1 large Orange Freshly juiced
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt Plain unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon Honey Optional
  • ½ teaspoon Fresh ginger Optional finely grated

Method
 

  1. Pour warm water into a medium bowl and slowly sprinkle the gelatin over the surface. Let it bloom for 1 minute.
  2. Whisk gently until the gelatin is fully dissolved and no granules remain.
  3. Stir in freshly squeezed orange juice and grated ginger, if using.
  4. Pour the mixture evenly into glass bowls or containers.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Serve topped with Greek yogurt just before eating.
