- Place the protein balls on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes to set.

Notes
Store cookie dough protein balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. For a vegan version, use maple syrup and plant-based protein powder. If the mixture feels too dry, add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time until the desired texture is reached.
