Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups Graham crackers
  • 6 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 pkgs Cream cheese
  • cup Powdered sugar
  • tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Whipping cream

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Make the Crust In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar (optional). Press into the bottom of a 6-inch springform pan. Refrigerate while you prepare the filling.
  2. Step 2: Prepare the Cheesecake Filling In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  3. Step 3: Fold in Whipped Cream In a separate bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Step 4: Assemble the Cheesecake Pour the filling over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Step 5: Chill the Cheesecake Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set. Overnight is best for a firm texture.
  6. Step 6: Add Toppings and Serve Top with sliced fruit or drizzle with chocolate before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute graham crackers with crushed Oreos or digestive biscuits.
  • To make this recipe vegan, use dairy-free cream cheese and coconut whipped cream.
