  • 4 cups Warm water Warm, not boiling
  • 2 whole Fresh lemons Juiced (½ lemon per serving)
  • 4 teaspoons Raw apple cider vinegar With “the mother” preferred
  • 1 teaspoon Ground ginger Or freshly grated
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon Ceylon cinnamon if available
  • 2 teaspoons Raw honey (optional) Only if needed for taste

Method
 

  1. Warm the water until hot but not boiling, then pour into a glass mug.
  2. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir gently.
  3. Mix in the apple cider vinegar until fully combined.
  4. Sprinkle in the ground ginger and cinnamon.
  5. Add honey only if needed, stirring well.
  6. Drink immediately while warm for best results.
