Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt plain, full-fat or low-fat
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 –2 teaspoons lemon juice or vinegar
  • 2 –3 tablespoons water adjust consistency

Method
 

Add the Base
  1. Place Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl.
Add Seasonings
  1. Add garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
Mix Well
  1. Stir everything together until smooth and fully combined.
Balance the Flavor
  1. Add lemon juice or vinegar and mix again.
Adjust Texture
  1. Add water one tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
Chill (Optional but Recommended)

Notes

  • For less tang, add a pinch of salt or a tiny bit of honey.
