  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • pinch Cayenne pepper (optional)
  • dash Liquid smoke (optional)

Method
 

  1. 1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken: In a medium bowl, mix pickle juice and milk. Add the chicken pieces and stir to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  2. 2️⃣ Season Before Cooking: Drain and pat chicken dry. Toss with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. 3️⃣ Grill or Pan-Sear: Heat olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. 4️⃣ Rest and Serve: Let the nuggets rest 2–3 minutes before serving to lock in juices.
