Knead by hand or stand mixer for 7–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Transfer to a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap or towel, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Punch down, divide if needed, and shape into desired crust thickness.
Preheat oven to 475°F. Place dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet. Add toppings and bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden and crisp.
